Firstly, we need to determine the quantity of beer we want to brew. Most of the minibreweries sell the majority of their production in their own restaurant (higher profits) and distribute the rest to other restaurants. Then, there is a need to consider the financial possibilities of the investor and the limits of the brewing place so that the production can be effective.

We are able to offer minibreweries with production from 500 hectolitres per year up to smaller industrial breweries where volume produced can be 10 thousand hectolitres per year and more.
